Employee Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 22, 2026
A plain-language summary for anyone taking an InnerFrame assessment through their employer. It explains what we collect, who sees it, and your choices.
Who's involved
Your employer (or the organization that invited you) chose to use InnerFrame and decides who in the organization can see your results — they are the "controller" of your data. InnerFrame LLC provides the software and handles your data on your employer's behalf — we are the "processor."
What we collect
- Your name and email
- Your answers to the assessment questions and the words you select
- Your computed 7-letter frame code, flexibility score, and the written profile generated from them
- If your employer activates an account for you: your login details, and anything you later add (goals, one-on-one notes, Frame Bot chats)
Who sees your results
Administrators and managers within your organization can see your frame type, flexibility, and profile — that is the point of the team features. We do not sell your data, show you ads, or share your results outside your organization except with the service providers that run the platform (listed in the Business Privacy Policy).
What it is — and isn't
AI features
Some insights and the Frame Bot assistant are generated by AI and may reference your results to help with team and management questions. This content can be imperfect and is not professional advice. Your assessment data is not used to train third-party AI models.
Your choices and rights
Because your employer controls how your data is used, requests to see, correct, or delete your assessment data usually go through your employer first. You can also contact us at innerframetests@gmail.com and we'll help route your request. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data, and to complain to a data-protection regulator.
